Welcome to Cody's Box. By using our website or app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You may play Cody's Box for personal, non-commercial use. Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, game data, or leaderboard data in bulk. Don't use bots or automated scripts to inflate scores.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Choose a username that isn't offensive, impersonating, or infringing.

Purchases

Cosmetic items and Lucky Roll tokens are digital products sold by Cody's Box. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change.

Fair play

Cheating (bots, timestamp manipulation, exploiting bugs to boost scores) will result in account suspension and possible removal of leaderboard entries.

Content moderation

Usernames, clan names, and any public-facing text may be moderated. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate community standards.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the game fair, fast, and fun, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cody's Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
